I am honored to be showing in this gallery at the same time as a former teacher of mine, Will Barnet, whom I have always held in the highest esteem. Boy, that sounds a little stuffy, doesn't it? What I mean is, I find it very moving to be hanging in the same gallery as Mr. Barnet who, apart from being one of my favorite contemporary artists, was always wonderfully encouraging when I was a student at PAFA. So this feels feels somehow significant (even if it really isn't!)
