ARTISTIC DIALOGUE

Artists’ House gallery will be presenting a very special exhibit inspired by a recent innovative Museum of Modern Art exhibit. The museum exhibit was designed to reveal the similarities and subtle differences between the artistic styles of two great impressionistic artists: Cezanne and Pissarro.

Using this novel comparative artistic approach, Artists’ House has invited nine outstanding artists to create individual paintings, all using the same subject matter while painting in their own style. Each painting, although based on the same elements, will be unique in that the paintings will reflect each artist’s own interpretation and creativity.

May 31 to June 25, 2006
